Sabina Ali - Executive Partner
Sabina is the Founder and Executive Partner of SAB Consulting. She started and developed her skills in Business Strategy and IT Advisory while working 8 years as a Senior Consultant for BDO Mozambique having assumed leadership positions for 3 years as the Managing Partner of Gateway Consulting and as Project Manager for MOZO Rent.
She has collaborated in numerous projects in Mozambique for the public and private sector having worked for companies such as Águas de Moçambique, First National Bank, Hollard, Danone, LAM, Health Ministry, Telecomunicações de Moçambique, among others, implementing financial, logistics, and HR systems for integrated management of information, redesigning processes and systems setups, creating business plans, advising executives on their company’s strategy, and coaching employees.
Sabina is an expert in Business and IT solutions. She holds a degree in Computer Science of Administration and over 15 certifications from Primavera Academy, Core Business Academy, Oracle E-Business, Oracle HRMS, PHC, Wintouch, NewSkills Academy among others.
